Kara and Dave were my first wedding of the summer. They are such a great little family with their son Hayden, who was also the ring bearer.
The girls got ready at their family home with Miranda Rahilly doing hair for them. At about 1:30 everyone piled into cars to make their way to the ceremony.
The ceremony was at the fountain at the Soo Locks in Sault Ste. Marie. It was hot and the caddis flies were out in droves, but it turned out great. Officiated by the Honorable Elizabeth Church and with a wonderful song sung by Tawny Freel is was intimate and fun.
After the nuptials, family pictures were take at the fountain and the wedding party headed to Sherman Park for some more photos and then headed to The Downtowner to cool down and relax with some liquid libations.
The cocktails and reception were at The Elks Lodge where the Bride’s cousin decorated for her. Everything was perfect, from the weather to the guests. So happy I was able to be apart of their special day! I had tons of fun shooing this group and wish them the best!
